We are now looking for our new colleague, a Business Analyst and Solution leader, to join Strategy, Architecture and Systems (SAS), which is a part of Volvo CE Technology. At SAS, we drive the formation and implementation of a fast growing IT-agenda that will bring us towards being one of the prominent organizations within this area. We are convinced that this is a major activity, becoming the most desired and successful transport solution provider in the world.
What challenge do we offer?
Volvo CE is in a very expansive stage introducing new technologies like electromobility, autonomous machines and connected solutions. Here you will play an important role in implementing the new tools for product development as well as Enterprise architecture and Meta modeling.
Your responsibilities include applications used by Volvo CE in the Systems Engineering area, such as PTC solutions Integrity Modeler and Integrity Lifecycle Manager. You will also be a part of projects driving Volvo CEs high ambitions for the future, how exciting isn’t that!
You will take part in the requirement management process and coordination in projects or programs. You will support business in prioritization of scope and in selecting/designing optimal Process & IT solutions based on Stakeholder and end user needs, and Business processes.
You will be the main contact for the key users, Process Managers and equivalent stakeholders. You will cooperate with suppliers and internal delivery organizations in the operational delivery of IT services for the solutions in question.

But we believe that it’s important that you have strong business understanding, specifically Systems Engineering, and a can-do-attitude that will challenge us to become even better. Having daily interactions with multiple stakeholders, you also have great people and communication skills, the ability to build trusting relationships and navigate with ease in our multi-cultural environment.
