About the role
As a group manager in this position, you will be leader in an organization dedicated to technology, people and performance, where customer satisfaction is our ultimate performance measurement.
The group consist of engineers with the responsibility to develop solutions for hub and disc brakes as well as solutions for braking-, air suspension- and air management related systems.
Furthermore, the group will play a vital part in the BSVC simulation and verification activities (HIL/MIL/SIL) for vehicle dynamics functions.
This position offers you the challenge to develop individuals as well as leading technology development in an area that will evolve and grow in technical complexity with development of electromobility and automated vehicles.
Therefore, one of the expectations on you as a manager will be to develop the team and secure competence to meet the future.
As part of the team is engaged in an agile delivery set up, one focus will be to drive operational excellence and constantly improve the way of working.
We also need you to play an active role in developing our Global Technology Area and shape our Product Stream and to move together from a project driven organization into a product evolution setup.

In order to succeed in your new role we think you have:
- BSc or MSc Degree in Engineering
- >5 years of product development experience in the automotive industry, with “cradle to the grave” product responsibility
- Leadership experience
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Experience from agile product development using the SAFe framework is a merit
- Development of embedded systems and simulation knowledge is a merit
