Customer Service Representative
Our team manage the administration of finance contracts for our customers who are purchasing Volvo Group products including trucks, buses and construction equipment. We input new contract information on our systems and double check documentation required and then activate the contract. We also process any changes required during the lifetime of the contract.
The team are the first point of contact for our customers within VFS and will be ready to help with any query over phone or email. We undertake an array of different tasks meaning our day is full of variety. Being flexible and a having a keenness to learn and retain knowledge about our processes, customers and products is part of what motivates us.
This role is a grade 2 and we are looking for you to have some experience of customer service and administration, full training will be provided.
You will assist customers to make changes to their finance documents and answer queries about their contracts
Check legal documentation to ensure all information is correct before processing new contracts onto our system.
Work with a case management system to assign queries and work on your own caseload, we like to respond to all queries within 48 hours.
Talk with sales people in our Dealer network to provide support and resolve questions
Contribute to the development of processes within the Operations Team, working with other team members and stakeholders when required
You will have a genuine desire to give great customer service, making our customer feel special
